Within the framework of weekly organisational meetings of employees from different levels, we discuss the most important issues concerning key areas of conducted business activity related to production processes, working methodology, current tasks or aspects related to employment and safety at work.

The PCC Intranet is the main place of publication of all information concerning current events, achieved successes and information related to the life of the Company’s people. It also acts as a library for all forms, documents, databases, guides and address books necessary for the employees activities.

As part of the PCC Group’s PCC CHEM NEWS Newsletter, we regularly publish articles on issues concerning current events, achieved successes and information related to the life of the Company. The Newsletter is fully edited by PCC Group employees and its content is largely devoted to employee matters and initiatives.
FORUM FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE PCC GROUP
The Forum is a platform for the exchange of employees’ current needs and opinions, sharing experiences or good practices in contacts with external stakeholders.
ETHICS OFFICERS TEAM
Every employee of our Company has the opportunity to consult a selected Ethics Officer – in case of doubts in the course of their duties and in connection with the interpretation of the Code of Conduct or violations of its principles.
“My idea for…” INITIATIVE
“My idea for…” is an initiative of the PCC Group employees, developed and implemented within the OPTIMA Programme. The concept behind this initiative is to change our working environment to a better and safer environment, and to introduce solutions that will allow us to perform our daily duties more effectively. These changes are made possible by the commitment, creativity and openness to share ideas of each employee.
