The degree of our involvement in the organisation and support of various community and volunteering initiatives would not be possible without the broad support of our employees.
We conduct our business activity taking into account social interests, as well as economic and environmental. An important element of developing our business strategy in this area is building a solid image of being a socially responsible enterprise. We implement our activities on the basis of organising pro-environmental activity and of promoting pro-ecological behaviours, as well as through building a safe and friendly workplace.
We are very active in business, social and charity. Our industrial and business background, resources and the commitment of all our employees allow us to support and organise various initiatives for developing local enterprises, for charitable activity and for volunteer action. Within the framework of corporate social responsibility, we support the local community and engage in social activities promoting positive health and safety. Among these are: “Prevention, but otherwise” by financing awards for primary school pupils for academic excellence and community involvement.

As part of the “Learn about our company and the specific nature of a chemist’s work” campaign, 100 students from local primary schools, junior high schools and universities (among others, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Warsaw University of Science and Technology, The University of Wrocław and the Military Academy of Land Forces), visited the premises of our Company in 2016.
With our open attitude towards our stakeholders, we eagerly present the nature of our business activities and we continuously seek and accept feedback.
As a part of the continuation of dual training of adolescents, in cooperation with the Vocational Schools Complex in Brzeg Dolny and Wołów, in 2016, we accepted two students from the first grade for practical vocational training as chemical trade devices operators. In the upper grades, one student continues to pursue vocational training in our Company.
We also provide a bonus system for students which offers a reward for good performances on apprenticeships and at school. Indeed, in 2016, two young employees received quarterly bonuses. Moreover, we offer the best graduating students a guarantee of employment.
We are regularly involved in the campaign organised for the youngest children that promotes safety. This campaign, entitled “Prevention, but otherwise”, offers prizes in the form of bicycles for primary school pupils who follow safe and healthy lifestyles.
