The assumptions of the business strategy and the analysis of the areas of direct and indirect impact of our operations allowed us to identify 7 groups of stakeholders with whom we maintain regular dialogue. The form of dialogue with particular groups of stakeholders depends on the specificity of their expectations and defined needs. Therefore, we use it as an integral tool for managing and building the Company’s sustainable development strategy.
We improve our communication actions and methods in relation to the dialogue with stakeholders, so that its results are satisfactory for the interested parties. The acquired knowledge and experience allow us to systematise the expectations and needs defined by our stakeholders in relation to the business conducted by us. It also affects our common relations and translates into the continuous improvement of our comprehensive sustainable development strategy as implemented by the Company.
