About us
Our company includes chemical products, both of a mass-produced and specialised character. Within these two product groups we offer anionic, cationic, non-ionic, and amphoteric surfactants, as well as chemical formulations for many industrial applications. As a manufacturer focused on the individual needs of customers looking for universal and economic formulation components, the company is constantly expanding its product portfolio.
Membership of Organisations
Participation in national and international initiatives and membership of organisations active in the field of sustainable development is an ennoblement and motivation for us to implement good practices in the responsible management of our organisation.
As a leading surfactant manufacturer in Poland, we are part of many international organisations and associations, of which the largest chemical companies worldwide are associated.
DECLARATIONS AND INITIATIVES
Diversity Charter
As a signatory to the Diversity Charter, we promote diversity as a positive factor in the development of our organisation and counteract discrimination in the workplace. We measure and analyse aspects of diversity, mainly in terms of gender and age.
Commission for Sustainable Development
As a member of the Sustainable Development Commission of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry, during the 2nd Polish Congress of Chemistry in 2015, we signed a declaration concerning actions for sustainable production and consumption in the chemical industry.
Responsible Care
We are a producer of the Responsible Care Programme, where we have committed ourselves to active environmental protection, monitoring and implementation of environmental targets and reporting of programme indicators.
ORGANISATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS
European Committee of Organic Surfactants and their Intermediates
As a member of the European CESIO organisation, we have an open dialogue with other surfactant manufacturers. Thanks to this, we jointly participate in creating trends and challenges for sustainable production in the chemical industry.
European Chemical Industry Council
As part of the European CEFIC organisation, we are forming a coalition of chemical manufacturers. This contributes to the transformation of the current economy, where we, together with other members, strengthen the sustainable foundations of the chemical industry, which foster competitiveness, innovation, and responsible production.
Carbon Disclosure Project
By participating in the international environmental initiative Carbon Disclosure Project, we tackle climate change. Our goal is to reduce CO2 emissions by 15% by 2020.
Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil
As part of the RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil), we actively support the sustainable palm oil industry in the world.
EcoVadis
By reporting on activity on the EcoVadis international platform, we achieved the Gold level of Corporate Social Responsibility. We are one of the few Polish companies which have made a comprehensive self-assessment within the framework of CSR activities.
Good Manufacturing Practices
In 2014, as the first company in Poland we implemented a certified Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system, compliant with the guidelines of the European Federation of Cosmetic Raw Materials. Federational certification is reliable and objective proof of high quality products for cosmetic manufacturers worldwide.
Pure Beauty
We are a member of the Polish Association of ”Pure Beauty” Cosmetics and Detergents Manufacturers. The activities of the organisation are based on cooperation with the aim of promoting scientific, economic, and social progress. One of the key goals of the organisation is to improve health and living conditions in line with global trends in sustainable production and consumption.
